Joan of Arc is a campaign in Age of Empires: The Age of Kings.
Set in the Hundred Years' War between France and England, Joan of Arc's campaign serves as a regular campaign, with occasional messages to watch different gameplay tutorials. Joan's campaign is easy, but if attempting to complete all scenarios quickly, can prove to a be a rewarding challenge for experienced players.
Escort to Chinon[]
Player: Joan of Arc- Franks- Blue

Objectives- Reach Chinon Castle Safely, Joan of Arc must survive.
Bonus objectives:
- Defeat any enemies encountered
- Joan must not be injured
- Win by the end of day 4
Sword of the Saint[]
Player: Joan of Arc- Franks- Blue
Enemy: English - Britons- Orange
Objectives- Defeat all enemy units, retrieve Joan's sword from the church, the church of St. Catherine must survive, Joan of Arc must survive.
Bonus objectives:
- No friendly units lost
- Make Jean de Metz proud by doing well during training (attack the enemy units with the recommended counter unit)
- Find Joan's sword by the end of day 10

Bonus objectives:
- Retrieve the Lost Relic
- Find the hunting party (3 archer units)
- Destroy the enemy battering rams
Lifting the Siege of Orleans[]
Player: Joan of Arc- Franks- Blue
Enemy: English - Britons- Orange
Enemy Hero: Earl Talbot ( European Champion)
Objectives- Defend Orleans from the English, destroy the English Castles, capture all wheat resources, Joan of Arc must survive.
Bonus objectives:
- Rout Earl Talbot
- Claim all resources on the map (wheat and gold)
- Destroy all three castles by the end of day 20
Crowning of King Charles[]
Player: Joan of Arc- Franks- Blue

Dauphine Charles

Enemy Hero: Earl Talbot ( European Champion)
Objectives- Build the great cathedral (Wonder), Return the relic to Reims church, Escort the Dauphine to the cathedral (Wonder).
Bonus objectives:
- Build Wonder by the end of day 12
- Find relics by the end of day 9
- Defeat the English Earl Talbot
Trivia[]
- The Franks only ever fight against the Britons in any campaign or historical scenario.
- In Joan of Arc's campaign, her mentor Jean de Metz will occasionally get angry at Joan if she does not follow his instructions. These instances usually contain humorous dialogue.
- The reinforcements that will arrive on day 31 of scenario 3 "From Peasant to General" consists of Imperial Age Cavaliers, Two Handed Swordsmen, and Trebuchets, and would very likely defeat any army the player could possibly assemble during those 31 days. Jean de Metz can be defeated and the scenario will continue.
