Skirmisher line: Gain +4 charged attack over 40 seconds

Iphicratean Tactics was a unique technology in Chronicles: Battle for Greece available to the Athenians at the Fort upon reaching the Classical Age. Once researched, it granted the Skirmisher line a charged attack which increased its pierce attack by +4 over 40 seconds.

The player could research only either Iphicratean Tactics or Taxiarchs. With update 153015, this technology was replaced by Trierarchies.

• Iphicrates was an Athenian general who revolutionized Greek warfare by incorporating lightly-armed peltasts (represented by Skirmishers) in the army.
• Despite the technology stating that it affects Skirmishers, it does not affect the Imperial Skirmisher and Genitour.
• The technology also affects the Scenario Editor units, the Tarantine Cavalry and the Mercenary Peltast.
