Human soldiers are the basic military units in Age of Mythology. They are cost effective against heroes (due to their lower resource and population costs) but vulnerable to myth units.
When the term used is human units, it includes human soldiers as well as workers and other human non-military, such as Oracles. It generally does not include Caravans, and never refers to ships or flying units.
