—In-game description |
Apart from the eastern part of the map, there is not much water on the map. Still, there are no shallows in the Nile, so in order to cross it players must travel to the Lake Victoria where there is grassy land, or build ships. Arabia can also only be reached with ships. The mainland is rather open with mostly loose acacia forests scattered over it. The only larger forests are in the south surrounding the Lake Victoria.
Environment[]
Most of the land is desert, only in the south there is grass surrounding the lake. There are mostly acacia forests, but in the south there is jungle in the oasis as well as some baobab trees, and in the north there are palms. The wildlife consists of Zebras, Lions, Elephants, and Goats. The sea is rich with fish and only a tiny island is present.
