Video instruction[]

Experiences Points: Upgrades and Shipments

Your town is just that-a town. You are in a mission from you homeland. Therefore, your home city will supply you to help you complete your mission. Anything you do-constructing buildings, training units, and destroying enemy assets-generates experience that can be exchanged for this help.

Once you have accumulated enough experience, you will earn a shipment. These shipment can be used to deliver units, ships, resource crates, building wagons, and even units improvements!

Normally, the shipped units are delivered to your Town Center, but other buildings, such as Outposts or Forts, can be set to receive shipments. Naval shipments arrive at a separate flag located on the water.

A good way to generate experience is to have your Explorer construct a Trading Post on a trade route. Whenever the trade caravan passes your Trading Post, you will receive a large amount of experience. In the later ages, the Trading Post can also generate other resources.

Do not forget to be active if you want to earn experience! Your home city will reward you not only for exploring the New World, but also for keeping others away from it.

The map[]

The map is based on the Deccan map and the Indian subcontinent maps. It features a river and a Trade Route to the west where the player can get a trickle of experience, and Nilgai near the base. Since this is a timed scenario, the player should focus on Nilgai and get them as close as possible to the Town Center to maximize food harvest and be able to create troops to destroy and capture the enemy Trading Posts to get more experience.

Strategy[]

The players can build some Houses and a Market to get the first shipment, Then, the players can ask Home City for the 3 Merchants card to speed up the economy. On the next shipment, they can send Colbertism to get free food and advance to the next age, then send the 4 Merchants card and build Banks to get free coin. After 5 minutes, they'll have their economy set up to win the gold medal, or at least the silver medal.
