Hersifon (Hero Hersifon before Return of Rome) is an infantry hero in Age of Empires. He is only available in the Scenario Editor. According to the description in the Definitive Edition, he and Corlis are brothers.
The unit resembles an ordinary Villager, but cannot build buildings and structures. Originally, Hersifon and his brother Corlis transformed to ordinary Villagers once they collected natural resources because they were classified as civilians. This was fixed in Definitive Edition when they were made infantry. Unlike other Villagers that attack with bones, Corlis and Hersifon attack with pitchforks. Their original functionality remains unknown.
