Hephaistion is an infantry hero in Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition - Chronicles: Alexander the Great. He shares his model with Philip and Nearchos. As a hero, he cannot be converted and can regenerate hit points.

Trivia

• The model shared by Hephaistion, Nearchos, and Philip is internally known as "Macedonian Commander". This model has an associated icon in the game files, but the corresponding unit does not exist, except for in its "dead" form.
