Helot Levies is a unique technology in Chronicles: Battle for Greece available to the Spartans at the Fort upon reaching the Classical Age. Once researched, it increases the training speed of Villagers, Spearman line, Skirmisher line, and Genitour line by 50% (i.e. their training time is reduced by 33.33%).
The player can research only either Helot Levies or Xyphos. Once either is chosen, the option to research the other is removed.

- Helot refers to a slave in ancient Sparta, who comprised the majority of the Spartan population. As per the ancient Greek historian Herodotus, many helots were inducted into the Spartan military as servants, baggage carriers, and lightly-armed soldiers.
