Hei Guang means "Black Brilliant", and refers to a type of armor attested during the Three Kingdoms period.
With 10 melee armor, the fully upgraded Wei Hei Guang Cavalry line has the highest melee armor of Stable units. The title previously belonged to the GurjaraCamel Rider line in the Imperial Age at 7.
The capelet on the Hei Guang Cavalry line's left shoulder is emblazoned with 力, the Chinese logograph for "force".
The Hei Guang cavalry line wear ribboned wings, seemingly like Winged Hussars. These wings were worn by Han dynasty cavalrymen, and were called 负羽 (Fù yǔ - Back feathers).
