The Harvest Ceremony (Fertility Dance before the Definitive Edition) is a ceremony available at the Community Plaza in the Exploration Age for all Native American civilizations. It makes military units train faster and economic units train slightly faster.
One villager working at the Community Plaza increases the producton rate for military units by 10%, for economic units by 4%. With 25 villagers, the producton rate is increased to 343% and 120% respectively. With 15 villagers and 10 Warrior Priests, the producton rate is increased to 553% and 173% respectively.
