—Age of Empires IV description |
The Guild Hall is an economic landmark available to the French and Jeanne d'Arc in Age of Empires IV in the Feudal Age. It generates and stores resources over time, the more resources stored the faster they are generated. Select between Food, Wood, Stone, or Gold.
Special ability[]
- Collect Resources (Active): Collect all resources that have been generated at the landmark and reset the gather rate.
The Guild Hall generates food, wood, and gold every 20 seconds, with the resource value generated per tick starting at 20 (1 resource per second) and increasing by 20 every minute. The marginal rate caps out at 200 resources per tick (10/s). It can produce 1,020 resources in 5 minutes (3.4/s), 3,500 resources in 10 minutes (5.8/s), or 6,500 resources in 15 minutes (7.2/s). There is no practical limit to the total generated. For stone, the resource generation rate is half that of other resources. Collecting resources or switching the resource generated will reset the gather rate back to the base rate.

Changelog[]
- With patch 9.1.370, the stone generation of the Guild Hall was reduced by 50%.
Campaign version[]
Because the original four campaigns have not been rebalanced since the release of the game, in The Hundred Years War, the Guild Hall has a completely different purpose. Instead of being an economic landmark, it is a military landmark that can train Arbalรฉtriers 50% faster and cheaper. It can also hold three Relics.
Trivia[]
- Its real life counterpart is the Mairie de Boersch.
