| —In-game description | ||
The Governor of Bhakkar is one of six choices of governors for the Tughlaq Dynasty that can be appointed to a Tughlaqabad Fort in Age of Empires IV: Dynasties of the East. Bhakkar's specialty is food, generating it depending on how many Houses and Farms are within the building's aura.
Overview[]
The benefits granted by the Governor of Bhakkar increase depending on the upgrade level of the Tughlaqabad Fort she is appointed to. If the Tughlaqabad Fort is destroyed, Bhakkar can be appointed to a new one. Forts cannot be upgraded to level 4 without the Compound of the Defender landmark. The Palace of the Sultan can also be used to appoint Bhakkar and immediately gain the level 4 bonuses listed.
| Level | Bonus |
|---|---|
| Level 1 | Adjacent farms or houses generate 3 food every 15 seconds (12 food per minute). Becomes a food drop-off location. |
| Level 2 | Adjacent farms or houses generate 5 food every 15 seconds (20 food per minute). |
| Level 3 | Adjacent farms or houses generate 7 food every 15 seconds (28 food per minute). |
| Level 4* | Also generates stone equal to 20% of food generated (5.6 stone per minute per adjacent building). |
Strategy[]
| This section is most likely incomplete and may need expansion. You can help by adding to it. |
Bhakkar's bonus generates food based on how many Farms and Houses are within the building's aura, which is small enough to only include the most immediately adjacent 12 spaces. Therefore, the maximum amount of food that can be generated is 144, 240, or 336 per minute depending on upgrade level. At level 4, the building will also generate up to 67 stone per minute. Since the building also becomes a food drop-off location, Villagers can safely farm around a Tughlaqabad Fort and garrison inside when endangered, keeping in mind that Forts only have a garrison space of 10. Villagers are unable to garrison inside the Palace of the Sultan if it's used instead.
Trivia[]
