The Gold Prospector Wagon is available for the Mexicans, United States, and Brazil. Other civilizations can obtain it if their Brazilian allies send the "Bonifacio" card, which randomly ships the Gold Prospector Wagon, or if they build a Trading Post in the Akan Kingdom and research the Akan Gold Economy technology.
