Gion Festival is a unique technology in Age of Empires IV: The Sultans Ascend available to the Japanese that can be researched at the Shinto Shrine starting in the Imperial Age. It grants all buildings +2 Line of Sight, and every 3 minutes, every economic unit is healed to 100% hit points over 3 seconds (including at the completion of the upgrade).
