Founder is a Big Button technology in Age of Empires III: The WarChiefs that is unique to the Aztecs and can be researched at the Community Plaza. Once researched, it makes the Aztec War Chief's aura triple the experience bounty from kills made by nearby units, instead of doubling the bounty without this technology. This is in contrast with the technology's description, which means that the bounty would be quadrupled.
With the Industrial Age Old Ways Home City shipment, the cost is reduced to 50 food, 50 wood, 50 coin.
