Field Work is a level 1 Imperial Council bonus in Age of Empires IV available to the Ottomans. Once unlocked, 2 Imams are spawned at the player's Landmark Town Center. Furthermore, all Imams gain the Field Work ability:
Field Work (Passive): Unit will passively heal all friendly units within a 2.5 tile radius for 1/1/2/3 health every second depending on the Age. They can still use their regular healing ability in addition to this passive ability.

- Originally, it allowed Imams to heal units at 1 hit point/second always. With update 7.0.5861, it allows Imams to heal units at 1/1/2/3 hit points/second in the Dark/Feudal/Castle/Imperial Age.
