Farima Leadership is a unique technology available to the Malians in Age of Empires IV that can be researched at the Stable in the Imperial Age. Once researched, it grants Sofa the Farima Leadership enhancement:
Farima Leadership (passive): Infantry units within a 5-tile radius gain +15% movement speed
Like with all Malian technologies, the Manuscript Trade civilization bonus reduces the research time of this technology depending on how much gold has been obtained through trade.

- Originally, Farima leadership cost 350 food, 650 gold and took 90 seconds to research. With patch 11.1.1201, it costs 250 food, 500 gold and takes 60 seconds to research.
