Encomienda Manor is a technology in Age of Empires III that is unique to the Portuguese and can be researched at the Church once the Commerce Age is reached and the Treaty of Tordesillas Home City Card has been sent. Once researched, it allows villagers to gather from Mills and Farms 20% faster but makes them gather resources from other sources 5% slower.
