Earth Mother Ceremony

The Earth Mother Ceremony (Earth Mother Dance before the Definitive Edition) is a ceremony available at the Community Plaza for the Haudenosaunee in the Fortress Age. It increases the player's population – beyond the usual 200 limit, if the player is already at or close to the limit.

Each Villager working at the Community Plaza provides one extra population, with a maximum of 25. This is useful if the player is at the population limit, but wants to train extra units without killing off Villagers – once the units have been trained, the player can choose a different ceremony.

With Earth Mother Ceremony, the Haudenosaunee's maximum population is the highest at 225, even above the Chinese.
