—In-game description |
The Dwarven Forge is a special building in Age of Mythology that is only available during the Fall of the Trident campaign, and more specifically, during the The Dwarven Forge scenario.
While it is primarily the objective of this scenario, with the player trying to liberate a complex consisting of three Dwarven Forges, each with a unique appearance, it also has an in-game function, as it provides three unique technologies that assist the player.
Similarly to many campaign-exclusive buildings, it features three models, not unlike the Tent and the Naval Shipyard. All models are functionally identical.
Unique technologies[]
- Giant-slaying Blades: 400 gold, 40 favor - Infantry, cavalry, and heroes ร4 damage vs myth units.
- Osmium Mail: 300 gold, 30 favor - Infantry, cavalry, and heroes have -20% hack vulnerability.
- Asbestos Shields: 300 gold, 20 favor - Infantry, cavalry, and heroes are 20% more resistant against Fire Giants.
