- "TEAM Infantry Hitpoints" effect changed to increase the hit points of the Dutch player's infantry by 15% and that of their allies by 10%.
- "4 Hussars" now become "5 Hussars".
- "TEAM Coehorn Mortars" now affect Grenadiers once "Grenade Launchers" is sent.
- "Tulip Speculation" now increase the coin generation rate of Banks by 20% (up from 15%).
- "TEAM Cheap Market Improvements" now make Exploration Age Market technologies free instead of reducing their cost.
- "Admiral Tromp" now increases the hit points of Fluyts by 75% (down from 100%).
- "30 Carib Allies" now ships 17 Carib Blowgunners, upgrades the Blowgunners into both Elite and Champion, costs 1,000 coin, and are renamed accordingly.
- With update 13088, "Extensive Fortifications" now increase the build limit of Outposts by 7 (up from 6) and the hit point increase now affects Walls and Forts.
- With update 20322, "Bank of Amsterdam" and "Bank of Rotterdam" now also increase Settler train limit by 5, and "Military Reforms" moved from the Fortress Age to the Exploration Age.

- With update 13.27885, "INF 17 Carib Allies" (IV) grants all Carib Warrior line upgrades (formerly missing Carib Ceremonial Feast), "Peace of Münster" (I) Ships 1 Envoy and allows the Envoy to build Trading Posts and military production buildings, "TEAM House of Nassau" (I) (formerly TEAM Cheap Market Improvements) also provides a Market wagon and correctly reduces the cost of all Exploration Age market technologies; Seventeen Provinces" (IV), "Dutch Paintings" (I), "Flemish Revolution" (III, 750f 750w 750c), "Belgian Revolution" (IV), "9 Irish Brigadiers" (II), "6 Bosniaks" (III), "7 Mounted Riflemen" (IV), "9 Habsburg Allies" (III, Mounted Infantry), and "9 Wettin Allies" (IV, Saxon Cuirassier) was added to the Home City, "10 Halberdiers" and "11 Halberdiers" (IV) was removed from the Home City.
