The Dome of the Faith is a religious landmark available to the Delhi Sultanate in Age of Empires IV in the Dark Age. It acts as a Mosque in all capacities, including the ability to hold three Relics, and produces Scholars with a 55 gold discount.
Special ability[]
Mosque Influence, also referred to as Scholar Influence (Influence): As a Mosque, the Dome of the Faith generates a 12 x 12 tile influence area. All buildings within this influence have their research speeds improved based on how many Scholars are garrisoned in the Mosque. All buildings except those that do not have any available technologies (such as Houses or Markets) extend the influence area by one tile beyond their footprint, and the influence area can be combined with that of other Mosques or Madrasas.- Healing Aura: (Passive, requires Tranquil Venue): Units within a 5-tile radius are healed for 4 hit points per second while out of combat

Changelog[]
- Originally, the Dome of the Faith provided a simple -50% Scholar discount. With Season Two Update 17718, the bonus was reduced to -40% cost and added a +50% production time penalty. With patch 7.1.113, the production time penalty was removed, and the discount was reduced from -65 gold to -50 gold to account for a reduction in generic Scholar cost from update 6.0.878 (for a total discount of -38.4%). With patch 11.1.1201, the discount was reverted to -65 gold. With patch 12.2.3327, the discount was reduced to -55 gold.
- Update 24916 clarifies the Dome of the Faith Landmark's tooltip – it produces scholars cheaper but at a slower production speed.
- With update 6.0.878, the Dome of the Faith acts as a Mosque.
