Crown Lands is a technology available in Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition - Knights of the Mediterranean that can be researched at a Trading Post or Tambo built on a House of Habsburg palace. Once researched, it gives 20 XP for each building (excluding walls and groves) owned by the player (up to 10,000 XP).
