Once researched, it increases the attack speed of Arbalétriers by 25%. It can also be researched at the Royal Institute starting in the Castle Age at a 30% discount.
Crossbow Stirrups is granted for free to Mercenary Arbalétriers for the Byzantines when they advance to the Imperial Age with the Foreign Engineering Company.
