Counter Infantry Rifling is a technology in Age of Empires III available to European civilizations as well as the Iroquois if the New Ways Home City Card is sent. For European civilizations, it can be researched at the Arsenal in the Colonial Age, while the Iroquois can research it at the Longhouse.
This technology increases the multiplier of Skirmishers and Skirmisher-like units (Abus Guns, Cassadores, Streltsy, Cherokee Riflemen, Cree Trackers, Klamath Riflemen, Navajo Riflemen and Jaeger) against heavy infantry by 1.0x.
