Cinteotl Worship is a Big Button technology in Age of Empires III: The WarChiefs that is unique to the Aztecs and can be researched at the Farm once the Fortress Age is reached. Once researched, one Eagle Runner Knight for every two minutes the game has passed, up to 30 minutes (for a total of 15 Eagle Runner Knights), will appear in the Home City shipment point.

Each Eagle Runner Knight costs a total of 150 resources. This technology is cost-effective after the 16th in-game minute, delivering 8 units. It arrives considerably faster than training these units (10 seconds versus 37 second training time by default).
With the Industrial Age "Old Ways" Home City Card, the cost is reduced to 300 food, 250 wood.
