In the Definitive Edition, the United States can receive a Meeting House Wagon if they choose Pennsylvania to advance to the Commerce Age and send the Philadelphia Convention Federal Card. The Mexicans can receive a Cathedral Wagon if they choose Guanajuato to advance to the Industrial Age and send the Our Lady of the Light Federal Card.
In The African Royals, the Ethiopians can ally with the Jesuits and the Hausa can ally with the Moroccans to advance to the next Age, which ships a Church Wagon (for the Ethiopians) or Mosque Wagon (for the Hausa) at the Home City shipment point, which can be retrained at Town Centers if it or the Church/Mosque are destroyed.

Other civilizations also can access Church Wagons.
Trivia[]
In The Asian Dynasties, the Church Wagon always speaks Dutch, even though it can only be obtained by the Japanese. This is also the case with the Arsenal Wagon and Bank Wagon.
In The Asian Dynasties, due to a bug, the Church that is built by this wagon always uses the British Church variant in the Colonial/Fortress Age instead of using the Dutch variants, and cannot train Spies. This was corrected in the Definitive Edition, where the Church built by this wagon uses the Dutch variants through the Ages and can train Spies.
Since religious buildings (the Church, Meeting House, and Mosque) are actually the same unit with the same ID, though different names and distinct appearances, their namesake builder units are also the same as each other.
Although the Alliance description says "Arsenal Builder, Church Builder, Mosque Builder, Indian Market Builder", the player receives Wagons and Rickshaws instead of Builders.
