Jesuit scholars open schools, decreasing Villager training time.
—In-game description

Christian Schools is a technology in Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties that can be researched at a Trading Post built on a Jesuit Mission settlement once the Fortress Age is reached. Once researched, it reduces the train time of villagers by 15%.

Strategy[edit | edit source]

Stacking Medicine or TEAM Medicine with Christian Schools will reduce Settlers' training time by 30%. This translates to 5 Settlers trained for every 3 Coureurs des Bois trained by the French (reducing their economic advantage until maximum Settler limit is reached).
