Chouannerie is a technology available in Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition - Knights of the Mediterranean that can be researched at a Trading Post or Tambo built on a House of Bourbon palace. Once researched, it increases villagers' bonus damage against infantry by 1.0x, except for Coureurs des Bois and Cree Coureurs des Bois, whose bonus damage increases by 0.66x.
