Template:Infobox UnitThe Cetan Bow is the basic infantry unit of the Sioux in Age of Empires III: The WarChiefs. It is a good and cheap counter to Light Cavalry and Heavy Infantry. The Cetan Bow replaces the Crossbowman in European civilizations. It can be trained from the War Hut.

History

Before the horse introduction by the Europeans, the Sioux hunt and fight by foot armed with sharp arrows and powerful Bows that could open its way into the thick fur of a buffalo. Still those bows were simple wood and moose tendons. The Arrowstips were usually made of iron but could be sometimes stone. The Sioux were a very handy tribe, if it worked they would use it. Arrowtips made up a large portion of the commerce goods manufactured by the Sioux tribes.
