Celerity is an Atlantean myth technology in Age of Mythology: The Titans that is available to worshipers of Hekate and can be researched at the Temple. Once researched, it reduces the Rate of Fire of all myth units by -25% (resulting in +33% attack speed), and their movement speed by +10%. For Titans, it does the same, although the faster attack speed does not apply to their attacks versus other Titans.
