Campfire is a special building in Age of Empires IV starting in update 7.0.5861. It is built by the English Scout using the Setup Camp ability.
The Campfire provides a 30% Line of Sight boost to all units in a 5 tile circle, while also having a natural Line of Sight to be used when there are no units. It has a mere 1 hit point, and hence can be destroyed in 1 hit. It is instantly deployed.
Only five Campfires can be active at a time. When a sixth one is placed, the oldest one is automatically destroyed.

- Originally, Campfires were built by the Man-at-Arms line and had 3 Line of Sight and aura radius. With patch 10.1.48, Campfires are built by Scouts and have 5 Line of Sight and aura radius.
