The Camp Builder can build a Watch Tower, Outpost, Blockhouse, War Hut, Castle, Nobles' Hut, Kallanka, War Camp, Barracks, War Academy, Stable, Corral, Caravanserai, or Artillery Foundry for free for their respectively civilizations if the Ethiopian player sends the "TEAM 1 Camp Builder" Home City Card to the whole team.

The Camp Builder constructs buildings 3 times faster, and buildings that can attack 2 times faster.
