Camel Support is a unique technology available to the Abbasid Dynasty in Age of Empires IV that can be researched at the House of Wisdom (with the Military Wing upgrade) in the Imperial Age. Once researched, camel units will generate the Camel Support Enhancement:
Camel Support (Passive): The melee and ranged armor of all infantry within a 5-tile radius is increased by 2.
While in Golden Age Tier 2/3, the research speed of this technology is +15%/+20%, respectively. If Preservation of Knowledge has been researched, this technology costs -20%. Additionally, it is granted for free to Byzantine Mercenary Camel Riders and Camel Archers (but not Desert Raiders) when advancing to the Imperial Age with the Foreign Engineering Company.

- Originally, it cost 50 food, 125 gold, took 60 seconds to research, was available in the Feudal Age, and provided +1 armor. With the Season One Update, it costs 300 food, 700 gold, takes 90 seconds to research, is available in the Imperial Age, and provides +2 armor.
