"5 Spies" now ships 6 Spies and are renamed accordingly.
"8 Spies" now ships 10 Spies and are renamed accordingly.
"Schooners" effect changed to reducing the cost of Fishing Boats by 20% and train time by 40% (from reducing the cost of Fishing Boats by -60%).
"Sawmills" now also make trees last 15% longer.
"Silversmith" now also make mines last 15% longer.
"Spice Trade" now also make huntable animals and Berry Bushes last 10% longer.
"Medicine" now also reduces the cost of villagers by 15% but no longer affect Fishing Boats.
"Admiralty" effect changed to reducing the cost of Armor Plating , Carronade , Percussion Lock , Ship's Howitzers , Imperial Men-'o-War upgrade, and Imperial Monitor upgrade by 60% (from increasing warship build limit).
"Offshore Support" now increase warship attack by 15% (down from 20%) and LOS and range by 2 (down from 5).
Although it is not listed in the patch notes, with update 23511 , the "Dance Hall" card was changed to the "Theaters" card.
"Hire Highland Mercenary Army" now ships Harquebusiers instead of Hackapells .
"Fencing School" (II): Now also increases Shock Infantry trainspeed.
"Fish Market", "Fish Market (2x)", "Rendering Plant": Whale gather rate reduced by 5% for each card.
"TEAM Coastal Defenses": All European civilizations now have access to this card.
"Advanced Dock" (I): Healing rate for ships reduced to 85% (from 100%).
"Naval Gunners" (III): Added to French, Swedish and Russian home cities.
"Offshore Support" (II): Removed from British and Italian Homecities; added to German Home City.
"Hire Irish Brigadiers" (II): Reduced amount of Irish Brigadiers to 9 (from 11).
"Assassins": Now also unlocks a charged rifle attack that can only be used against heroes and mercenaries. Assassins wield swords instead of knives.
"Agents": Now also unlocks a charged pistol attack with lower bonus damage that recharges more quickly. Agents wear a slightly fancier coat.
British-specific [ ]
"Florence Nightingale" moved from Commerce Age to Exploration Age .
"Yeomen" no longer allow Longbowmen to be upgraded to Guard and Imperial (the upgrades are now available by default).
"TEAM Musketeer/Grenadier Hitpoints" now affects Musket infantry and grenade troopers instead of their civilization-specific counterparts.
"Naval Gunners" now increases warship attack by 20% (down from 25%).
"8 Cherokee Allies" now ships 9 Cherokee Riflemen and are renamed accordingly.
"25 Cherokee Allies" now ships 13 Cherokee Riflemen, upgrades the Riflemen into both Elite and Champion, costs 1,000 coin , and are renamed accordingly.
With update 13088 , "Extensive Fortifications" now increase the build limit of Outposts by 7 (up from 6) and the hit point increase now affects Walls and Forts.
Rangers (IV, Rangers), Baker Rifles (III, Rangers), and Ranger Combat (IV, Rangers) cards are added. Baker Rifles gives Rangers +2 range.
With update 13.27885 , "Whale Oil" (I) Card replaced with "TEAM Whale Oil", "9 Cherokee Allies" (II) Card replaced with "7 Hanover Allies" (III, Totenkopf Hussar), "22 Cherokee Allies" (IV) Card replaced with "24 Akan Allies" (IV), "9 Barbary Corsairs" (IV) Card replaced with "11 Giant Grenadiers" (IV), "6 Elmetti" (IV) Card replaced with "8 Jat Lancers" (IV), "4 Hanover Allies" (III) added to the Home City, sends 4 Drummers, costs 500c, added "9 Irish Brigadiers" (II) and "6 Harquebusiers" (III) to the Home City.
With update 13.58326 , 8 Rangers (III) and 13 Rangers (IV) was added to the Home City, 3 Settlers (I) was removed from the Home City, Greenwich Time (I) arrives fast, Virginia Company (I) reduces the build bounty of Manors to 22 XP, and Baker Rifles (III, Rangers) gives Rangers +4 range.
