The Beast of Gévaudan is a Hero Treasure guardian in Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition - Knights of the Mediterranean.
Notably, it does have a hero tag, so cannot be targeted by abilities like Sharpshooter Attack.
The in-game description is a reference to the Powerwolf song "Beast of Gévaudan", in which the same line is recited.
