โ | Bandit strongholds defend all the Gold. | โ |
The Bandit Migdol was a Fortress-type building in Age of Mythology, that appeared exclusively in the map Valley of Kings. These Migdols belonged to Mother Nature, and attacked any of the players' units on sight. These guarded the majority of the map's Gold Mines, and had to be destroyed in order to mine them.
They were removed in Retold.

A Migdol, guarding three Gold Mines.
Unfortunately, they already have Boiling Oil researched, so it won't be an easy task destroying them in early game. Thus, it is recommended to use siege weapons, such as Portable Rams or Catapults to get rid of them. Kronos players have an unfair advantage, as they can simply cast Deconstruction to quickly remove a Migdol.
