Banco Repairs is a unique building technology available to the Malians in Age of Empires IV that can be researched at the Town Center starting in the Feudal Age. Once researched, Malian buildings will be repaired 50% faster.
Like with all Malian technologies, the Manuscript Trade civilization bonus reduces the research time of this technology depending on how much gold has been obtained through trade.
