Aurora Borealis is a Norse myth technology in Age of Mythology that is available to worshipers of Freyja and can be researched at the Temple. Once researched, it upgrades Valkyries into Shieldmaiden Valkyries, increasing their attack by +50% and their healing rate by +33%.
Note that in the Fall of the Trident campaign, the hero Valkyrie Reginleif is also affected by Aurora Borealis.
