Armor class: Infantry

The infantry armor class is an armor class in Age of Empires II. All units that have an attack bonus against this class deal bonus damage against units with this armor class.

Infantry units

The following units have the infantry armor class and take bonus damage from attacks against this class. The amount of armor of the following units is 0 with the exception of the Condottiero which is 10.

• Militia → Man-at-Arms → Long Swordsman → Two-Handed Swordsman → Champion → Legionary (the latter Romans only)
• Spearman → Pikeman → Halberdier
• Eagle Scout → Eagle Warrior → Elite Eagle Warrior
• Fire Lancer - Elite Fire Lancer
• Condottiero (+10) (Italians and allies only)
• Woad Raider → Elite Woad Raider (Celts only)
• Throwing Axeman → Elite Throwing Axeman (Franks only)
• Huskarl → Elite Huskarl (Goths only)
• Samurai → Elite Samurai (Japanese only)
• Teutonic Knight → Elite Teutonic Knight (Teutons only)
