Additional Barrels is a unique technology available to the Chinese in Age of Empires IV starting in update 7.0.5861, replacing Reusable Barrels. It adds +1 rocket to the Nest of Bees volley and can be researched at the Siege Workshop or Astronomical Clocktower in the Imperial Age. Additionally, Nests of Bees created at the Khaganate Palace are granted this upgrade for free.
The technology researches 150% faster when the Siege Workshop is supervised by an Imperial Official.
