Acts of Union is a technology available in Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition - Knights of the Mediterranean that can be researched at a Trading Post or Tambo built on a House of Hanover palace. Once researched, it grants Drummers the ability to plant an 'Inspiring Flag' at a target location. The flag increases the player's buildings' and units' attack by 10% in a range of 14. Additionally, the flag spawns a Harquebusier, Highlander, and Irish Brigadier at its location whenever it is placed. The flag remains in place until moved by the player.
